DURHAM, N.C. -
Durham Police arrested a man and charged him with vandalizing a police car outside of a police substation.
Wilfredo Landa Rodriguez, 23, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor larceny and damage to property.
Police said that the suspect was observed vandalizing a marked car with a golf club at Durham Police Substation 3, which is located at 2000 Chapel Hill Rd. before he fled from the premises. Witnesses gave a description of the suspect, leading police to arrest Rodriguez in the 1700 block of Gunter St.
