 Harry Wayne Massey Jr. was arrested on Tuesday while at an apartment on Commerce Street in Durham.

Durham police need help locating 28-year-old Harry Wayne Massey Jr.  Massey is wanted in connection to a Nov. 24 robbery and assault.

Massey is wanted for felony possession of stolen property that he acquired during a robbery at the Corcoran Street parking garage in Durham.  Massey stole a cell phone from a 54-year-old man as he was getting on to the garage elevator.

According to the victim, four men approached him and punched him repeatedly.  Massey and the other suspects then stole the victim’s wallet, cash and two cell phones.

No other suspects have been charged at this time.
